The best way to evaluate Young

I personally think Bryce is creating some of these issues, or magnifying them. I was at the Tampa game and it's worse in person, so much worse.

Personally, I think Alabama produces quarterbacks that can produce for Alabama and compete in the SEC, but they may well be coach killers in the NFL. Reich and Belichick have already fallen victim to it.

It wouldn't be the first time this has happened. I'm looking at you USC...

You can belive in Santa Caluse and the Easter Bunny too. The tape is there and you can ignore it if you wish. I have already stated ad nauseam he is going to be here next year regardless of what I think about him.

Playing Dalton just adds more to the heap of obvious but it's also the best move for Bryce anyways. Nothing is getting better the rest of this season and the rest of the offensive roster could use a few games to prove what they can do without him because he is a large part of the problem on the field in the offense.

I don't think he can beat out a decent backup at this point and there really isn’t any untapped potential. Fix his feet and send him out to start earning that new QB in 25 is the plan by defualt.

I think Bryce would have benefitted from sitting out a few more weeks after the Bears or Colts game. Almost wish he twisted an ankle or something. If the improvement was going to come this year it would have already happened. No point in continuing to throw him to the wolves with this lame duck coaching staff and we'd get an honest evaluation of our offense. Is it really all Bryce? I personally don't think so but maybe it is. Maybe Dalton comes in and gets a few more wins but I don't see it being some sort of drastic turn around either way. But yea we either get a HC that knows how to run an offense with Bryce at QB or we pick another one in '25 that's really it at this point.

That kind of QB is fine at that level. Why have to look for an NFL unicorn when you can churn out championships with good enough? It's such an easy game compared to the NFL. The school stuff changes with staff and even they get lucky with hitting on a unicorn sometimes.

Apparently the Panthers fan base hates Bryce Young wasn't it that way prior to the draft?

I preferred Stroud as did many others. However once Young was drafted I watched the YouTube evaluations listened to the glowing reports out of training camp and truly got excited. The first 4 games I refrained from judging him. At seasons end though I've realized my fears about him are much worse than I could've imagined.  He just doesn't have it. I seriously think if a redraft were held right now he may go undrafted. I definitely think he'd be a 3rd day pick. He just doesn't have any tools.

The possible wins with Dalton is just basic NFL salvage mode. It lets guys have a chance to change it up with 4 games left. Anything else would be a bonus. Bryce isn't playing well and Frank was right about wanting to sit him. It's just accepting he needs to do a lot of work and then give it another go. But that wasn't allowed.

It's not all Bryce but it's a large part his limitations and some others the situation directly connected to him that is out of his control. The blame of the team management, coaching and other players is mixed right in. But none of that changes what he has shown is really concerning and there are other guys in the league proving a lot more with the things he can control.
