At this point, only 4 games left, just let him finish the season and put something, anything on the field that shows potential or growth going into next season.

Time to run some RPO and zone reads, who cares if he gets hurt if he’s this bad healthy

We need a QB desperately. Look at how much we lost to get Young because Wilks went 6-6. If we had just had the top pick by keeping Rhule, Young wouldn’t hurt so bad and we’d have a much more talented team when we went Maye/Williams in 2024.

Winning with Dalton or PJ Walker hurts our future. We’ve screwed up our rebuilds for multiple years. Let’s stop doing that.

If you haven't noticed, we've screwed our rebuild starting last year. The time to fire Rhule was at the end of season 2, not 5 games into season 3. He could have led the tank and rebuild to the number one pick easily. Then we trade up to get the lowest ceiling QB in the draft for a QB coach that has never had an offense that ever fit BY's playing style. You're talking as if Tepper has actually done something smart in trying to rebuild this team. So far it's been one terrible mistake after another. 

So far in 5 years we've had 

Fire Rivera, hire Rhule, Fire Hurney, Hire Fitts, Fire Rhule, Hire Reich, Fire Reich, and now possibly fire Fitts and hire another HC. There's no way to even have a team direction with this many people running the show. Tepper is the problem. He's always been the problem. He wants to win now but has absolutely no idea how to do it. As long as he and Nicole make up 33.3% of the hiring team, this team is 100% screwed.
