A more fair statement...

Seriously. Laughing at somebody that was on the receiving end of threats that made her fear for her life? Unbelievable!

In fairness, that's a pretty personal thing and not at all easy to share. There's also risk involved when you're talking about an unstable person.

I can't really blame the ladies for not wanting to talk about it.

Hell, EVERYBODY on here knew about it when it was happening to me. Everybody. I was vocal about it.

That just infuriated him more. Got him banned again and again, name after name.

Anyone who was around back then could have known, would have been very easy to see for themselves. Anyone who was not or who never saw things before they got deleted - well, let me say that after what all was said to me by him - I'm certainly not going to come on here to remind him of my existence, much less remind him that he had such strong negative feelings for me that he wanted to hurt me or my family.

So I'm in here, in this separate thread from the other one because I just watched that other thread develop, even went in to express my condolences for his family without revealing a thing. It had been said time and time again in that thread - don't judge, don't say anything to sully his good name, people can have their chance to say something later in a separate thread. When I see things like let's dedicate the first tailgate to him, let's name the T4T drive after him (and if any of you know history, you'd know why that one especially would get me).

I've been waiting patiently for that thread to get started. If it never got started, I would have remained silent. But it did, so TaaaaDaaaa....here it is

I would like to say a few things about Clifton Jacobs that I think are true...

and that I hope both sides would agree with.. for I like to deal with facts as much as possible..

1. Clifton Jacobs lived by his word...and died by his word...

This was one of his greatest attributes.. but at the same time.. had a part in his downfall.. If he told you something... it was as good as done.. you didn't need to worry about it any more...for it was done. If he told you that he was going to bring you something to a tailgate or get you tickets... you didn't need to worry about it. He did what he said..and thats what you loved him for.. you didn't have to second guess him..

If you were on his good side.. you appreciated it.. it was refreshing to know that if you needed something it was taken care of.. no questions asked.. If you were on his bad.. it only made you believe what he threatend you with even more.. . I fully understand the terror you would perceive...for he was a very convincing person. A threat from him was delivered in a way that you were uncertain if he was bullshittin or serious as hell..

2. You didn't wonder where you stood with him..

You either loved him or you hated him.. there was no middle ground. After being banned as 9lives.. He still came to the games but not the Huddle Tailgates... he still cooked one hell of a spread... but I never heard him say one negative word about anyone on the huddle. I would go to both because I was on middle ground.. But I can promise you he never badmouthed anyone on the huddle.. water under the bridge was water under the bridge..He wasn't loosing any sleep over it.. as he put it. Later on.. he would drop by the huddle tailgates to say he to those he was friends with or to drop off tickets he had promised someone and then it was back to his own thing.. he didn't hang around to make someone uncomfortable or harrass.... he wasn in and out..

3. Clifton was a good o'le boy... alot of people don't understand what this means and I don't expect you to.. It's not a brotherhood like the masonic lodge... you can't look it up on the internet and get an education on it.. you either know what I mean by that or you don't....no more than I can say I know what its like in the hood... I am white.. I will never know what its like in the hood.. just like you will never know what a good o'le boy is unless you are one. Just like being in a gang... or a high society country club.. if your not a member.. you can say all you want.. but you won't understand what either one are about...both are powerfull in there own right..

There are four types of people here on the Huddle when it comes to Clifton...Stauch Supporters that will stand by him till the end.. Staunch haters that are glad that he is gone.. People like me who saw both sides of him and appreciated both.. realizing that there were good and bad points.. as we all are human... and then the typical idiot that just signed up last week... just to throw in their two cents.... having no idea how complex an individual he was..

But all that being said.. he is gone... If you loved him.. you will miss him... If you hated him... your glad he's gone... That my friend is what makes the world an interesting place.. but the past is history.. none of us are guarenteed tomorrow.. so lets all agree to disagree... raise a toast to each other and tomorrow... for no one knows what it may bring.

The government doesn't see my ex-girlfriend, a third party member as a threat. She smokes weed and burns herself cooking.

Not. Gonna. Happen.

You missed the memo bro.

To lazy to pull the links up. MIAC and Alabama in 07 are the one's that come to mind. Also DHS did a report on gun owners and returning veterans. Have fun.

Because the majority of the meltdown threads were deleted or lost somehow. When anything was brought up about the multiple identities, it would cause another meltdown. The drama wasn't worth it. Then seeing the other threads where he was being sainted was sickening.

This was going on with his meltdowns exactly a year ago. I don't know when they calmed down because like others, I stopped coming on here very much.

Also, if you read what people have said about him and his "quirk" about not wanting "anyone uninvited, law or not" on his property, you'd see why nobody could even remotely suggest him needing help. I know some people who talked to him suggested him getting help and he ignored it. You can't help someone who doesn't think they need it.

Did you call the cops? You have all the evidence with you.

Never glad someone took their own life (especially in the standoff manner that he did). He left behind children and family (and his parents had already lost a son a few years ago so I feel for them). But maybe some of them knew how troubled he was and hope he's at peace now.

I didn't necessarily hate him - more fearful of him.

I hope without fear of his outbursts, the huddle can get back to being more fun again and get some people back on here.

Don't ask legitimate questions like that. You will be called an idiot.
