17 months ago when he died and his favorite Jersey was #17

Just 18 months ago he was committing heinous acts of animal cruelty and sexually harassing women from a messageboard, never suspecting the last thing to go through his head would be his lower jaw.

I didn't know the guy. He may have been a complete scumbag for all I know. However I wouldn't ever test kharma like this.

I can never respect anyone who takes their own life... I do offer my condolences to his friends and family though.

From what I read he found out he had pancreatic cancer then offed himself. Tough stuff to deal with.

No excuse... People die all the time, people get diagnosed with cancer daily. There is No excuse to take your life because of it... I know several of my deceased buddies who died fighting for this country who would have loved to choose pancreatic cancer over the suicide!

Just my opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

I see your point. My cousin blew his head off and it had devistating effects on his family. My stepdad died of terminal cancer and it was horrible to see.

It's one thing to die from an Illness, but for you to take the "easy" way out... Nope, not cool. It's the most selfish thing a person can do... What about his family? I feel sorry for them... Wondering if he made it to heaven... That's who I feel sorry for.

But don't you know?

People who've been diagnosed with illnesses or depression are completely rational. They always think things through and compare their situation to those of other people of whom they don't even know. When they realize they should live their life or end it in accordance with what some asshole on a message board thinks, well that's when they realize how foolish suicide is.

I don't get worked up on here that often, but you guys need to show some respect. Of course Clifton wasn't perfect, and none of us are. I'd say what he went through that day was punishment enough without some immature and hackneyed forum posters making jokes about the situation in an effort to stroke their egos.
