Y’all have to remember that these coaches are not going to work at Sprint, a lot of these guys are super arrogant and feel like they can change the situation. The biggest names there will be Ben Johnson, Frank Smith, Kellen Moore and Bobby Slowik, and Johnson seems to be getting to the point where he can pick his spot. The problem for the Panthers, though, is Johnson may not want anything to do with David Tepper and his quick-hook problem.

If Tepper really wants Johnson he needs to do whatever he can to get him. 
New GM, ability to pick own staff, Tepper agreeing to stay the hell out of Johnson’s way. 
Like you have said before I don’t know if it is possible for Tepper to do that. 
But if he wants Johnson he is going to have to change.

All I feel like I know for sure is he's gonna be mega-pissed at this story.

And he should be, but not for the reasons that will likely trigger him.

Just looking more and more like we are gruelingly riding out the whole “Tepper learning how to be an NFL owner thing” rather than a team rebuild.

If Bryce is a bonafide bust, perhaps that helps Tepper realize he needs to stop inserting himself.

Not sure that'd make sense since none of those guys are likely to be here next year.

I am just hoping something can give him a wake up call and realize the way he is doing it is not working.

I have a feeling this communication was earlier in the season. There was more friction between coaches then people think.
