Seeing the commerical, it made me laugh some were making big deal about it. Some just tend to bitch for the wrong reason & not look at the bigger pic. The commerical was fine & no controversial from what I seen so far.

The commercial didn't offend anyone until the end. Just the mention of Focus on the Family organization offends a lot of people (not me). Dobson gets a lot of hate from the general media.

Agreed. After all the bitching, I thought it was going to be some "in-your-face" anti-abortion stance, but it was pretty passive. I dont see anything wrong with it.

This. It was because it was a Christian organization, the media isn't fond of it. I actually had to rewind to make sure that it was actually the commercial that everyone was talking about.

Much ado about nothing. Evidently, the ones who had the coniption fit over it are the zealots who expect a gal to ALWAYS opt for an abortion. How dare someone exercise their CHOICE as to whether they will actually have a kid or not if they get pregnant.

It was a good, harmless ad. It wasn't as good as some of the beer commercials, or the Clydesdale one, or the Leno/Oprah/Letterman one at that! But it was OK.
