Oh the haul we could get for Horn, Ickey and Burns. 
 

All 3 are clearly talented but we need a complete culture change. I don’t see a fire inside any of those guys, and it’s not changing any time soon.

If we shut him down….he will have suited up for a mere 33% of his games through 3 years. 

for comparison, the biggest injury bust to date WAS Jeff Otah and he suited for 52% of his through his first 3 years 

would he even be worth trading? We likely couldn’t get real value out of him.  Probably should just keep him and let him walk.

Quote sums up why he's always hurt. He goes out there with the intent to protect himself from getting hurt. Those are the guys that stay hurt because they're always thinking about it

Headline is misleading 

They activated him from IR because it was either that or IR for the year  time was up 

He can still be inactive on game day 

Mike Evan’s will have another field day against either cornerback unless Horn plays 

imho  he is getting paid to play, so if physically cleared, play

Headline has nothing to do with weather he'll be activated tomorrow.

It's strictly about him being added to the active roster before his activation window closed.
