So my friend, who lives in New Orleans, lives about two blocks from the Mardi Gras Parade routes. Every year, he has a problem with drunk people pissing in his yard and on his house who come from the parades. This year he has decided to put a stop to it. He has set up motion detector sprinklers to spray people who wonder into his yard to take a piss. He's got cameras set up to catch them in action and post them on his website.
