He wins, he just doesn't stay in 1 spot for a long time but could probably fix this franchise.

He would also tell Tepper to screw off.

Why is this always brought up? He’s been at Michigan 1 year shy of a decade and that makes him one of the longest tenured coaches in the Power5 currently…. A decade is a LONG time in Power5 coaching. He was with the 49ers for 4 years before him and the 49ers MUTUALLY parted ways.

if Harbaugh wants this sh*t job, he should be given the keys and a BJ from Tepper.

I'd be fine with this. He'd probably turn the team around immediately and then after 4 years he'd wear off his welcome and rub everyone the wrong way. Then we hand off the foundation to the next coach.

That's exactly what I don't want, and I'm pretty sure it's exactly who Harbaugh would be.

And believe it or not, I'm not so beaten down as a fan yet that I'd accept a temporary winner.

He is a crazy SOB, but maybe that's what we need.

He has an edge about him and leaves no stone unturned if he can exploit something...which is why I like him (hate him because I'm an OSU fan). He is starting to get long in the tooth tho... (maybe a 6 year window)... But he knows football...its whether dipshit will stay outta the way and give him 3 years to do his work...not a 1 year and done...because time is needed to turn this thing around.

If he wins the team a permanent Lombardi, he can be as temporary as he wants to be.

...I'm sorry Scot...I may have missed it in all the BS threads....but who is your choice for the front runner that can turn this thing around...

Who cares? Are we running a boy scout charity here or a football team? Cheat cheat cheat is all I hear from a couple guys. The entire league is filled with attempts at cheating form top to bottom be it certain technology aspects or performance enhancing drugs that are MUCH wider spread than the media would lead you to believe each time one player is found to have taken them and suspended a few games. The day Harbaugh is in a drunken driving accident and harms someone or is found with an underage girl or pulls an OJ on an ex wife or covers up a murder he witnesses at the super bowl then lies under oath to protect his sorry ass gang banger friends or something major then lets talk about how "terrible" he supposedly is and while we are at it lets look at ourselves in the mirror and check to see if we have all lived completely within every rule our entire lives. Ohhhh, the dreaded sign stealing investigation.........

As a passionate fan of sportsmanship to the letter...i would NEVER resort to cheating or support my team in any dishonorable conduct which include the distasteful act of cheating. Whoever in charge of this act MUST resigned his post effective immediately including all those involved. I would only accept a apology with full disclosure otherwise he will be shame forever to not only this organization but to real sports fans who wins or loss in fairness.

My top choices are people we probably won't get 😕

Ben Johnson or Frank Smith for head coach. If Fitterer is fired, Will McClay or Brandon Hunt for GM.
