Thats not the point. 31 teams fail every season. Im saying its pretty amazing you can put up 10 plus wins in 2 seasons and thats considered average for your team.

that is the point. thats the case for any team. who cares how many games you win if you can't win or get into the playoffs. The Patriots were not good this year. they peformed like an average team. and they got in bc their schedule was light

No you think anyone that didn't win the Super Bowl that year didn't have a good year and was average. So that means you think our 2003 season wasn't good and average. As well as our 1996 season and any other time we got 10 plus wins. My point was that its great for a team to be considered average after they get 10 plus wins in 2 seasons. I don't care that you think not winning the Super Bowl equals a bad season for that team. To me, 10 plus wins equals a good season.

im not talking about if u make it to the SB, or even the AFC Championship game. the Patriots lost a home playoff game which they never do. they aren't as good as they used to be. nobody cares about a 10-6 team that didn't win in the playoffs. good seasons don't matter if you can't win a playoff game. they didn't.

Good to me is getting 10 plus wins

Great to me is winning a playoff game or more as well as 10 plus wins

so what ur saying is if u go 15-1 in the regular season, and lose the first playoff game, u were not good. but if u go 10-6 and win the wildcard playoff game, but then lose in the divisional, your good?

winning only one game in the playoffs means as much as winning a regular season game.
