Both Fiz and I have explained how ridiculous this view of yours is, but I get that you'll keep going with it.

Also see you're back to your usual tactic accusing others of what you yourself do.

I’ll repeat them again for you.  Given you still seem confused about what people are suggesting for you to entertain.

Fitterers adds this offseason don’t match what his HC and QB would be doing and want to do on offense.

Tepper has had tremendous influence over what this all star would look like post Rhule.  Frank wasn’t coming in here doing whatever he wanted.

this is Frank Reich’s O at the end of the day.  With whatever tweaks any staff would always make to it at any stop.  Everyone knew that coming.  Which is why Frank was coming in calling his baby.

I assume you have conceded this Frank’s O at the end of the day after your lectures about how totally wasn’t.   But I can’t tell up from down with you

Not confused at all. I understand exactly what you mean.

It's just totally wrong.

Then that means you, Mr Scott, believe the following. .

All Fitterers additions this offseason in Miles, Theilen, Chark, Hurst were matches for a Bryce Young/Frank O scheme we would be running

Frank Reich was hired and allowed to whatever he wanted and that Tepper didn’t impose on him.

this isn’t Frank Reich’s core O the playbook is built around.  That Frank would be coming in and running himself.  Thomas Brown built an offense out of thin air old dinosaur Frank just had to call himself.

lol

Only I will assume you will say you actually  don’t.  You simply choose to jump around stance to stance while claiming everyone else is wrong

Weren't you just talking about "intentionally recreating" what someone else says?!

Weird how that happens 🤔

Ah, see we are talking about 2 different things.  I clarified for you the exact talking points.  Several times now.  So there would be no confusion about what I am saying.  You say they are totally wrong.  Cool.  Super cool.   I can accept that.

so if they are totally wrong….That would mean the opposite of the point would be true.  Because they are simple points.  So I then list what those would be…

Now, you seem to be suggesting the argument that would lead to those points being totally wrong is also wrong all while making sure you don’t actually take an actual

Seems to me you just want to walk around claiming everyone is wrong.  Little else.

Incomplete.

As has been mentioned previously, it's not really fair to blame him for the Rhule era.

Specifics at the current reset: The line build was great. The way it's being used right now, not so much.

Skill positions an offenser lacking, but you can't do a full rebuild in a single offseason.

Defense looks good, but currently decimated by Injuries.

So bottom line, I'd need to see another offseason with Reich to have a more informed opinion, but I don't know if we're going to get that or not.

I understand it’s hard to know who is always calling the shots but since he has been here there has been what? 20+ draft picks and 20 something free agent moves?  How many have actually been good? How many have been bad?

It’s hard to imagine he hasn’t been responsible for any of them.

Well that’s sort of why I am attempting to highlight.  You simply seek to claim everyone is wrong that hasn’t muttered whatever you do.  That’s your fixation.  And you will take all sorts of weird gymnastics to somehow not be.

and with that mission, if forces you to oddly lecture folks for daring to call this a Frank Reich O as wrong lol.  Which it is.  Or point out basics like Scott FA adds were horrific given what Frank was going to run.  Which they were.   But you didn’t say it and you have blindly defended Fitt.  So they can’t be bad moves.  Everyone is wrong, you got the gymnastics to defend Fitt.  But you don’t.

I’ve been wrong about a lot historically.  It’s ok.  That’s part of the fun here.   I got some all timers. But my average is way higher than you in recent history.  I’ve nailed a lot and it’s played out exactly as that in recent times.  I can handle being wrong.  You might need to work on that one.

We've made terrible moves under Fitts. My concern is that I don't know how much Report has been involved in a lot of them. I mean, you have Nicole manning the phones working 4th round draft trades. It all screams a LOT of Tepper involvement.

Basically, yeah Fitts should be fired but I'm honestly not sure the end results will be any different. The names in the organization keep changing but the results keep looking the same. Tepper is rapidly running out of scapegoats. He's rapidly becoming one of the few constants.

We've had reports from behind the scenes. Quarterback decisions were Rhule. Long snapper, Hubbard and others were Rhule. He wouldn't make every single pick, though.

Equally big deal in this case is that we changed coaches and systems, meaning that players who fit the prior staff might not work for the new one. That kind of turnover doesn't necessarily mean a draft pick is bad, just not a fit.

    • i think i go in the opposite direction of most. my ideal retirement is living in some old downtown area in a flat above some shop or something.  life out in the country was just something i got real tired of. My kids actually miss some of living out there, which i understand. that was where they grew up for the most part. 40 acres with a 2.5 acre pond. it was beautiful, but also way too much (and too expensive) for me to keep up with.
    • FLASHBACK: I remember back when ESPN was just starting--he was their anchor.  They used to show stuff like Rodeo and field hockey--I remember laughing when he went to a commercial mocking a cycling competition in Utah (or something similar--I made that up) and I laughed.  I told my dad, "We may have us a new anchor when we get back from commercial."  When they came back from commercial, Berman was looking very serious and he said, "Any comments by me do not reflect the views of ESPN....The men and women who cycle are dedicated athletes and we are honored to shine light on their sport." (Paraphrasing).  Dad laughed hysterically. My first memory of him--and that was like 1980.
    • Might not have a team without them. Although that probably applies to the Panthers, too.
