That’s where my head is as well. A genius on the whiteboard, recalling previous games and situations etc. But doing it in real time is different, and that was the only reason to pick him at 1, the expectation that he was a genius in the field.

There is little to suggest Frank Reich picked this QB.  There is little to suggest Frank Reich had full say in this staff and how things would be constructed.   There is little evidence that Frank Reich dictated all of the players acquisitions and that they were guys he sought/wanted. 

Tepper and Fitterer are horrific.  They are primary issue in Carolina. 

Frank is a garbage HC and that it's own separate issue.
