Usually I like to do chili on gameday, but I don't feel like devoting that much time to it this year.

Since only my friend and his wife will be coming over, I think I'm just going to pan-sear some steaks and be done with it.

Nachos Grande!

I don't mean just pouring melted cheese over chips. Seasoned Ground turkey or beef, lettuce, chips, cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, etc. Or else go to the Fox & Hound and see if you can get a double order of theirs to go! MMMMMM that's good eats!

I smoked a pork butt Thurs night/Friday morning for the SB. Gonna make these with some of the pulled pork and also have pulled pork sammies. That's about the extent of the menu...it's only me and the wife & kids.
