I felt I had to accept the argument against Wilks, that was made because of what happened in the TB game. 
Allowing The same play to score after it had just done so is always unacceptable. 
I still think he earned my trust and I’d have hired him but I understand the argument . 
After watching the Young/Tepper/Reich/Brown poo show, I have come to believe that Wilks would have been far and away the best guy to deal with Tepper and the NFCS and also that if we had taken Young with WIlks’ approval I would have an easier time with it. Because I trust Wilks to not tolerate bullshit

Trading away talent, allowing talent to walk is not how you build a team. Yes, you can't keep them all, but you have to keep corner stones and play makers.  They don't just grow on trees.

Sadly, Tre Boston  is 100% correct and we owe it all to a meddling owner and GM that makes bad decisions.
