Reichs OL scheme issues go back years

So Ive been on the panthers subreddit and they had a very interesting post from the chargers subreddit eight years ago.

Sound Familiar?

"The first problem is that we run a zone blocking scheme. Our guys are not fast enough to do it effectively, not only that, its the exact reason our o-line is getting injured every single fuging game from getting rolled up on and trying to slide to their assignment and getting beat. Our average size on the line is 6'5" 300lbs. We need to let maulers be maulers and run a power scheme. Barksdale and Fluker are fuging huge (6'5" 325) (6'5" 340) why not add Philips or Johnson like you said at the outside and double team edge rushers and allow Gordon to get some space to run? Because that would make too much sense."

Reich has always been the issue. Seems like the only reason the Eagles did well is their OL is top tier.

and Doug Pederson was the one who actually ran the Eagles O.  Frank was Thomas Brown.   He wasn't calling and running that O.

Of course, he was Thomas Brown in Philly....because he had just gotten fired for his horrific O in San Deigo.    I have been preaching it for some time.  Look at the end of Frank's run in SD and Indy.  It's all the same issues.  The issue is Frank.  It's his O.  And his inability to adjust when he doesn't have the talent.     And when his weaknesses shows he just doubles down.  More shotgun.  More run game implosion.  More predictable passing.

How was this guy an actual QB? It doesnt seem like he really knows anything about offense. This is basic poo he is just continually getting wrong.

Even working with Peterson and Sirianni, he learned nothing. It’s nuts.

He really has no idea what he’s doing and has proven he can’t learn.

Bigger issue, our FO brain trust didn’t see any of this when evaluating Frank.

It should have been obvious.

Reich his offense his scheme are undoubtedly complete poo. But he and the staff set themselves up for an even more uphill climb selecting the QB that required the most high quality moving parts around him to succeed. That's all there is to it. If we were deadset on gambling with Bryce Young we should have hired Steichen.
