Tax question for those DIY'ers.

I have an HSA. Family plan. For some reason, as I try to finish filing HRBlock is saying an error because I have TWO 8889's to file because my wife had a contribution/distribution in the HSA.

This isn't correct. The 1099 SA is only in my name since we only have ONE HSA.

Am I missing something? I have already been to irs dot gov.

If anybody has filed and had an HSA how did you report this?

Ahh nothing like finding a fatal flaw with a tax reporting system and now I have to explain to someone in a live chat whats going on.
