Miles was the MVP of this team

This team will never be legit with Clifford at the helm. Might be a nice guy, but what has he done to show he still deserves to be here?

Completely agree, Clifford has got to go. But the talent on the team is there even without Miles, if he returns looking like the same player from when we last saw him on the court, this team will finally have an extremely positive outlook. And I would think with the new ownership and young pieces in place, we'd be one of the more sought after coaching jobs in the league.

Don’t care…really don’t.  I still have integrity and playing him condones his behavior for me.  Just cut him

Cliff said when miles comes back. They're playing him and it's seeming like he's suffering no more consequences for what he's put his children through

Wtf happened with the most recent stuff with violating probation, throwing rocks at the car, etc.? Was that all bs? Seemed like possible jail time and at the very least more discipline from the NBA but it’s been crickets.

His court date's the 13th. Looks like the NBA's sweeping it under the rug until the legal process plays out. They'll suspend someone over a IG video though.

Pool balls. Not rocks. That takes more deliberation and conscious decision then just picking up a rock off the ground and throwing it in a heated moment. 100 times worse because he thought about the action and did it anyway

And its not surprising that Hornets already look like a different team with Miles back. He just brings a different element to the team that its severely lacked, his defense and physical style of play man, say what you want about him as a person but hes a great player and Hornets just got alot better

What he did off the court was not forgivable.

However I do believe in 2nd chances. If he continues to play hard and stay out of trouble I wouldn't mind him signing here longterm after the season.

I also like he changed his image. Got rid of the hair has a low cut and looks to be about business. LaMelo loves the guy so he's probably gonna be here longterm. Good start so far he definitely is our 2nd best player after LaMelo.

He looks just like rookie Miles Bridges

    • The other draft picks have turned out pretty well. Brooks will too.
    • I'm still not touching Hunter He again said the other day that he plans on playing both sides of the ball in the NFL.  If he is allowed to do that, he won't be as good on either side as his potential and he's going to have serious injury issues and have a short career.  If he's not allowed to do it, I think he's going to become a problem when the team isn't winning as he's going to feel him not being used on both sides of the ball is why. He's being coddled in that environment with Deion and I think it's doing a disservice to him to prepare him for life in the NFL where your coach isn't a 2nd father to you, to where you can just walk into his locker room and steal his shoes like Hunter does to Deion.
    • He’s a tad behind them. Around 15ish of 32 starters in the league. He’s well ahead of a lot of guys. Tua, Bryce, Cousins (present), Rodgers (current), Devito/Jones, Minshew, Russ (current), Watson, Smith, Carr, T Laws deep ball is weak as poo IMO, there’s plenty. And it’s not like everyone is ripping 60+ers. The key component is if you can rip and maintain velocity of the 30-40 yarders which he does super well. Legit every report out there from Brugler to PFF to PFN document him as good/above average arm strength.  Eye test tells me it’s pretty much that as well, slightly above average.
