Who rooted for the Bucs??

I rooted for the Bucs that game. I like it when division teams do well if and when we falter. Playing a team that went to the playoffs the year before always makes for a game worth anticipating when we play them at home, at least it does to me. We played the Bucs tough that year, and per some sites I went to about this, we turned the ball over 4 times in EACH game (they did so twice in each game)! 8 turnovers, and we lost 12-9 at home and 23-10 at their place. Not a bad showing for a rebuilding team against the eventual SB champs!

Besides, I hate the Raiders, then and now! I probably dislike them more than any other AFC team, so my pick that game was a no-brainer!

I was a bucs fan before the panthers came along. I had already converted to a panther's fan at that point, but still liked a lot of Bucs players.

Plus, Brad Johnson. I'm from Asheville and you always gotta pull for the hometown QB to win the superbowl.
