Panthers scoring offense (Tepper history)

I did this really quick but I think it correct.   I don't think it makes any grand point given there are so many variables but here are the points per game by HC/OC duo of the Tepper era. 

Wilks/McAdoo - 22 points per game

Ron/Turner - 22 points per game 

Rhule/Brady - 21 points per game

Rhule/McAdoo - 18 points per game

Frank/Brown - 17 points per game 

Fewell/Turner - 15 points per game

Rhule/Nixon - 13 points per game

basically Frank/Brown are outperforming part of the interim crowd at this rate. 

*title says scoring offense but it's just the PPG # being used for clarification.

If the point here to place Reich & Co performance against peers then I'd like to see this adjusted for defensive scores.  Mostly because the Reich & Co sample size is so small that two defensive scores makes a significant difference, almost 2 ppg.

It's almost an exercise in futility though as we all know it's about as bad as it can be.

yeah, that's why I said it doesn't mean all that much.  It's just numbers.  And like the Fewell stretch is only 4 games.   Just overall way too many variables.  

But I think it is safe to say, Ron and even Rhule lead some more successful teams and offense than Frank Reich has to date.  And Frank is the "offensive" guy.  I think the reason why is because they had essentially nothing to do with the offenses and Frank does.

They also had CMC and Moore. Or Cam and CMC. The game plans have sucked and you've gotta respect throwing out plays that get yards, and stubbornly continuing to call plays that don't, though.

it's a good thing we can fix this in the draf...oh wait.  we can fix it in free agency with all the cap spac...oh wait.   2024 will be excrutiating to watch.  2025, tepper needs to have a new GM in place to manage $160M in cap space and the 2025 draft capital.
