Well, I don't have insider but with the rumor mill turning they have an article if your insider about landing spots. Its probably something posted from around here rather than their "creative" genius but nonetheless.

Adam Schefter keep saying Atlanta is going to be his landing spot.

imo, if peppers lands in Atl, it makes there defense much better. they would have a strong pass rush and run defense. that addition would also help their subpar pass D.

Not to mention Peppers completely shutting down the panthers offense twice a year each season pretty much making it very tough,(almost impossible with the panthers problem of not investing in a real QB) to get a division title.

We don't need to sign long term. He doesn't need to get taged and traded (although the best scenario, its unlikely another team could afford it after happened). The logical choice is to simply trade him and try and get some sort of fair compensation.

The front office is still to blame however. They should have done this a year ago. A player unhappy about where they are and what their playing with to me seems like a huge disadvantage for a team that works together to win.

Shefter has literally zero evidence on anything, it's just speculation. Example:

The Panthers will not allow Peppers to join any NFC SOUTH team period. Peppers will be tagged and or contract given/traded to the AFC.
