The Bobcats travel to "Rip City" tonight when they face a young Portland Trail Blazers squad. The Blazers have remained competitive despite injuries to several key players. All Star 2 guard Brandon Roy is out, Joel Pryzbilla is out as well as young center Greg Oden. In there absence, veteran PG Andre Miller has stepped up his game, dropping 52 points over the weekend. Young power forward LaMarcus Aldridge is one of the most underrated players in the game and can be a matchup problem night in and night out with his jump shooting ability. A win tonight would be HUGE and would only make this west coast road trip an even bigger success for the Mighty Bobcats. Portland is a young scrappy team and their home crowd will be rowdy as hell. The Bobcats will need to control the paint and knock down their shots to have any chance to win their 4th straight game. GO BOBCATS!!!

i don't expect the cats to win this game. if they are going to win this game, they're going to have to keep it close. portland is stacked, you can't go cold against them for too long or you'll get ran out of the building.
