Dilfer or Vinny Testaverde...Vinny was always over rated, and threw a lot of interceptions. He was accurate at times when he needed to be, and put together a couple of very good seasons (like Jake) and a bunch of average ones (again, like Jake).

Jim Plunkett and Billy Kilmer! Except Plunkett has 2 rings. He looked like a bust when he was drafted by the Pats after winning the Heisman Trophy, but resurrected his career with the Raiders.

Kilmer threw some of the ugliest balls ever, but they seemed to get caught by the right guys when the 'Skins really needed it. But both guys proved to be good leaders and their teammates responded quite well to them.

that was my first thought --- gritty, enthusiastic, got the best out of his teammates.....also thought of jim plunkett
