NYG's didn't have an o-line that was any good while Kurt was there. What he did while there was amazing considering that. Every QB needs a good o-line more than good WR's. If Jim Kelly is a HOF'r, then Kurt will be too.

I don't say "Go Black Coaches"...and I don't necessarily root for black coaches either...but when it happens, it just happens. Like I said, I think the best man should get the job, and thats in all aspects of life, not just football, but when you have so many haters saying you're race isn't smart, or can't do this, or can't do that, its good to shut those people up.

It can be any minority. Some of the latin coaches have gotten interviews thru the Rooney Rule.

Since blacks are the largest minority group, there would naturally be more black candidates, but I'm guessing since the word they use is minority, and not black, it can be any race...as long as that person isn't Caucasian I guess.

Kurt Warner is a Hall of Famer?..MAybe..overrated as hell? Yes. I would put up record setting numbers with LARRY LITZ, Bolden, Breaston, TORRY HOLT and Issac Bruce! What did Mr.Warner do in NY??..Not much of anything.Why? Because the WRs in NY in 04 we're that good, so he wasn't that good.

Warner is a HOF player IMO. Do the names Tarkenton, Marino, and Starr mean anything? Those are the players his numbers so are his peer group.My favorite stat of Warner's is that he has the 2nd highest playoff passing rating of all-time (just behind Starr.) In otherwords, he showed up when it counted the most...
