Targeting is for hits to head. That was a hard ass body shot.

He’s served his purpose but I think the game has ultimately passed him. I’d get Brian Hartline on the phone from OSU and try to bring him to UNC.

Agreed. I really appreciate him coming back and he did what we needed him to do. But it's time to find the successor.

That’s actually incorrect, it’s for use of the crown of the helmet, regardless of where contact is made.

This wasn’t targeting but I was watching a game on Tuesday where a player was ejected for hitting another player in the chest with the crown of his helmet.
