I'm 38... I like when they bring some of the classic bands back but I also like allot of new stuff. I think Usher or Rianna would have been solid picks, I've seen both of them perform live on TV and they delivered. The BEP's music depends too much on the studio making them sound good.

I also liked how Christina Aguilera completely botched the national anthem. She was so busy trying to pimp it out that she forgot the words... LOL

i stopped listening to BEP when they added Fergie, the same way i stopped listening to Gwen Stefani when she left No Doubt.

SB halftime hasn't entertained me in years. It's always trying to cram as much as they can into it which always results in failure.

Halftime at the SB is always garbage. I always mute it and go do other stuff, or play playstation until I know its back on. However, I will say, this is the first superbowl I've watched since the panthers lost to the pats. I caught bits and pieces of the Steelers Cardinals game a few years ago, did not watch the saints vs. Colts, Indy vs. Bears, Steelers vs. Sehawks, Pats vs. Eagles.

I definitely think the BEP should only perform in studio with all modern technology available. That live "performance" nearly made my ears bleed.
