this story is kinda suspect...he is just suing for money...i mean their are no criminal charges being filed? what is that about

That is what crossed my mind. Kinda hard to prove. A year at minimum this happened. Wonder if IT has any DNA to prove this claim.

And sueing NYC cops. Sounds like a mixed up gold digger.
