It wasn't all with Polian leaving. A lot has to do with the "other" guy that the Panthers let go 2-3 years ago. (I can't remember his name.) He was like Assistant GM. He was rumored as the player expert and Hunley was the bean counter. The Panthers should have kept him and let Hunley go.

Anyone remember his name?
