Overpaid?  The man is putting up Pro Bowl numbers.  He's the best FA investment Fitterer made this offseason and one of the best in franchise history.

Fitterer deserves a lot of blame right now, but signing Theilen has kept this season from being more of a cluster.  Theilen's earned every penny and more.

He's statistically the best slot receiver in the game. You think other teams think we overpaid? Hell, we got a deal.

He's good, but putting up better numbers than he would be if we had anyone else resembling an NFL-caliber WR on the roster.

Still, the fact that at his age he's the only viable receiving threat on the team and can still produce even though defenses know that is impressive.

His skill set will allow him to play for another 3-5 years if he so chooses. Love that guy.

I'm not dinging him because of his situation. He's doing his job, and he's doing it well. Other receivers wouldn't be, and honestly aren't as good of a route runner as Thielen has been over his career. The transition from the outside to the slot has been seamless. It's exactly how you want to do it. Hats off to him!

That was my hope when we signed him that these young guys could learn from a guy who's not the biggest or fastest how to create their own separation. Not sure if that will happen or not, but they should be.

Only guy Bryce trusts rn. I really was looking forward to the chemistry that 9 was forming with 15 and 17 during TC and preseason, but they have been a disappointment thus far. 

Hopefully Brown can unlock the code to get these other NPCs activated on gamedays.

Remember when Smitty got hurt early in Cam’s career and we struggled to get a first down. I’d imagine it would be worse than that.
