IMO I would not mind if Fox and Turd leave. This week after 2 games where the defense imploded in the 2nd half Fox has a Bye. What does he do? Says that next week there will be 3 light contact practices...... Clearly he does not see that there are any problems, if he did he would use this week to improve the performance of the defense, and the offense.

There is nothing wrong with the offense, it's the defense that needs all of Fox' attention IMO. I do agree that a few more practices would be good. But thats why they worked for the bye week to get a little rest in, for the big push next week. I'm sure next week will be very intense or I sure hope so.

The guys are banged up and need this week to recover.

yeah because 4 years of mediocracy and a terrible 1-15 season were so much fun. You're right, Fox sucks. He should have made the playoffs in his first year and every single year after that regardless of who we lost in FA or due to injury.

Or he should at least lead the team to one or two 1-15 or 4-12 seasons.

well, if you'r dirnking the koolaid, we are under achieving. with our talent we should be about 15-1... Marty Schottenheimer got his ass fired with a 14-2 record. dont get me wrong, i'm as happy as 17 year old teen getting his first piece of 'A', but if Dwill and Smitty didnt bail this team out not to mention Rosario on our first game we'd be 8-8. Hope Foxy is being foxy.

Don't you think that about 66% of the games in the NFL are decided by a few select plays? Seriously. Maybe if certain things had happened the other way the Panthers could be 15-1. But they didn't. We're 12-4.

I know what you'r saying... i just feel we give games away rather than the other team beating us. Cant wait for the playoffs though and hope we play to our full potential....

Well, the Bucs and Falcons beat us fair and square, and pretty damned soundly, so that leaves 2 games out of 16 that you could argue were "give aways", and those are debatable.

Personally, I don't think we gave anything away against the Giants. In fact, I think that game actually proved that the Panthers could go to any stadium and stand toe to toe with any team in the league, and if Kasay makes the FG, we win.

The only one left is the Vikings game, where Fox being uncharacteristically aggressive right before the 1st half ended, is what got us in trouble and changed the momentum of the game. If he has Jake take a knee, we go into halftime with a 10-0 lead and a quiet crowd, but he tried to throw, and the result was that we go into halftime only up by 3 points and have to face an energized crowd the rest of the way, which caused our offense all kinds of problems. So, if we gave anything away that day, it was because Fox was over aggressive, not conservative.

We gave the game to the Giants almost in the same fashion we tried to give one to the Saints. Gave one to the Bucs because we didnt even show up. Allowed freakin washed up Gus Ferrotte to control the tempo of the game, gave that game away, and i think we were tied at 10 at the half. Im just playing shoulda, coulda, woulda...
