Just bought a ceramic one...the ole metal one started rust. Highly recommend it.

So I am going on day 6 of having a pounding headache due to not being able to breathe. Wife is heading to Wal Mart in a bit......do they sell the infamous Nettipot?

Also do you have to buy the wash or can you just make your own salt water? What is the difference between having a Nettipot or just snorting salt water?

They will have one. It usually comes with packets of salts to make the stuff yourself. Use it then blow your nose real hard, you will be amazed at what comes out.

You can use sea salt as well...try and avoid just using table salt
