Canes were buzzing, but turned over a lot of pucks around their blue line, gave up a lot of odd-man rushes and I knew it would be easy to pot an empty netter.

 

When did we pull Raanta? He’s showing 59:21 on ice?

Empty net at the end when we were trying to tie it, but the ducks immediately scored the empty netter(bad timing) , so he wasn't pulled for long

Yeah that's a miscalculation you only make it the puck is deep in your end and you feel it is controlled. Then you eat the empty netter if they are able to fight it out but you don't try to pull until that puck is in. Feel like that was an oddly timed one in that scenario.

He should have been pulled after goal #3 when raantas off the guy doesn't even start to move until the pucks in the net.
