Eddie Jones checking Stephen Jackson? No chance. The Bees would have an advantage inside, but Felton/Jack would be the difference.

Bobcats by eight.

That.

The inside game of the big 3 (Hornets) was bar-none compared to our inside game.

That being said Jones was known for his defense and perimeter, but checking a 6-8 Wing with handles like Jack is just asking for trouble.

Bobcats win

but loose terribly in the logo department.. :nonod:

I didnt like the logo at first but im warming up to it now. I like the new one too, the one on center court of the arena. I also love that they got rid of the orange jerseys. Those were awful and I like the new white ones plus the pin stripe looks nice too.

Yeah the new jerseys are more sleek and professional looking. The new logo is flashier as well. As for the Hornets, I like the actual bee in the logo, but the font they used looks cheap compared to today's standards. I actually like the Bobcats dark blue and orange color scheme better than the teal & purple we had with the Hornets.

That's a tough one. Before Phills died people thought we could win the east. I loved the Hornets but i never remember them dominating anyone like we are doing right now. I think i would have to go with Bobcats right now. As for the rest of the discussion.....Logo and name were better with the Hornets for me, but i love the Bobcats colors. I think we have the best colors out of every sports team. That orange and blue is sweet. The new Bobcats logo i really like though. The one that is Bobcats_Ball aviatar.

    • Just take less value for a trade back this year. 'But the trade value chart'... just doesn't matter when an extra 2nd should be enough to move back this year given the situation. I would take an extra 2nd over any player that could potentially be there at 8 and it's not close. Let the media bitch about it, just doesn’t matter if we walk away with an edge, FS and WR in  the first 2 rounds given how close all of that talent is when looking at it big picture. Fug the value chart and just give me a decent additional 2nd for the win. All it takes is someone falling in love with Sanders or the RB or whatever. If there was more talent in this draft then that would be a terrible idea but turning down a trade because the value was less than other years when the tellent is obviously less at the top of this draft would just show how poorly the people in charge understand this class and it's weaknesses. It would be like not finding a slot WR or RB later, just dumb IMO.
    • I get a sense they are weighing defense along w/ BPA. Whoever the staff likes between Mykel/Ez is my sense here. I would also throw in Harmon but our FAs along with Brown/Robinson make it a tough fit.  Trade downs may be unlikely in our spot so taking that out per request, Membou could be BPA, but gut says we go DBPA. Positional value is there, upside is there, Less anxious about them vs Shemar. I don’t think there’s offensive skill guys worth it - maybe Golden. There’s no ILBs, no safeties worth it, Will Johnson - injuries, Barron - is he just a NB/FS?  It’s Mykel season.
    • I said Warren but I totally could live with this too. BPA, and I don't think it's Williams or Shemar or any other defensive player in this scenario.
