North Carolina to annex South Carolina!

The Upstate of SC is a great place to live. The Midlands are alright if you can bear the summers, and you live near Columbia.

You couldn't PAY me enough to live in the SC low country.

That makes me sleep better....Too many fuging people want to move here.

I love SC, naturally, and I love NC.

Both have the best beaches in the country IMO and really nice beatches too.

Chucktown, my home from home, is unparalleled in culture and very hip as I'm told by everyone here in Cal who has visited; I always knew that, however.

NC has great mountains for boarding as well as good waves (so does SC)

Asheville (Mt. Pisgah area) has the Black Mountain Trail, Awesome Mt. biking trail, one of the best on the east coast

UNC Chapel Hill has teh hotties

COC has teh hotties (7-1)

In all honesty though, there's only a couple of places I could live in each state and not go crazy.
