some of the intital backers of Richardson that were in the group that brought them here were SC guys (plus Richardson's own ties)......I think that is what set the tone for a Carolina team.

Carolina rolls off the tongue better anyways. But back when the area used to have panthers they lived in the North and South Carolina regions, as well as Florida and other areas of the south.

Oh yeah gastonia is the dirtiest pootiest town in the U.S.A. That area alone brings NC down by a lot. Other than that it's a good state.
