I'm having a day of watching the last season and it's up there as one of my favorite shows.

Last season was run on sci-fi in the states, it is re-running on BBC America now on Saturdays at 8 and 9pm. It's an acquired taste, but addictive, like a lot of the Brit shows are for me. The show itself is on break until 2010. Torchwood was also good if you're not homophobic (lead character is bi, as is the actor himself). I'm not sure I'm going to like it with the new cast. As an aside, the BBC's censorship is getting as bad as ours.
