1995

Micheal Senters - didn't work out, went to arena leauge

1996

Moose - been pretty solid most of his career, outstanding at times

Donnell Baker - didn't work out

1997

That awful piece of poo that won't be mentioned

1998

Donald Hayes - didn't work out, went to CFL

Jim Turner - honestly i can't remember any of our WR's until 1999, i have no idea who this guy is

1999

2000

2001

Steve Smith -

2002

2003

Walter Young - don't think he made much of an impact, i think we sent him to europe? Or was he a practice squad dude. I thought he played in the SB but that was dyson.

2004

Keary Colbert - great rookie season then fell of the face of the earth

Drew Carter - developmental prospect but often injured, could never break out

2005

2006

2007

Dwayne Jarrett - as hard as we hope for him to succeed he fails hard, had a average game at the end of the year that some like to blow out of proportion. Probably has one year left hopefully somehow he finally gets it.

Ryne Robinson - was suppposed to be returner but had rediculous fumbling problems, got cut

2008

2009

So out of 11 guys drafted we've had 4 starters with only 2 working out. 3 translated their talent to an NFL level. So we've had a success rate somewhere between 18% and 36% percent depending on how generous you want to be. If Jarrett finally makes it that number could go up a little.

I wish him the best retirement, whatever hobby he has i hope it's a good time.

If somebody would like to do our FA's and Trades we can match those up as well

Off the top of my head, I'd want to call Terry Robiskie or Hue Jackson. Not sure either is available, though.

I`ll look up available candidates tonight.

they're not.

Of course, I have names.

I think it's a big mistake to celebrate letting this guy go. I can't think of a guy who left here who hadn't done anything here, that suddenly succeeded somewhere else. Saying the 7th round pick from 1995 didn't work out so he wasn't worth a damn, I don't know about that. Blame scouts for drafting the two USC WR.

I agree, unless he was one of the ones being consulted on who we draft.

Similar thought patterns. Tyke Tolbert was a guy I was going to look at, but according to a report I saw he had got a job with LSU in December.

I think we're talking about the same guy with the Skins, but I'm pretty sure his last name is Hixon.

Haskell's name was in my head, but I hadn't run him down yet.

Don't think it's fair when we say a lot of the WRs we picked didn't work out because of this guy. I mean, it could be some bad draft choices too because we've made more than our share of those. Plus, as a lot of us have known and some of us are just finding out, Jake was a difficult QB to say the least. We all criticized the coach and FO about Colbert, right? Just sayin'...

    • I agree.  I really don't like taking the same prospect archetype over and over.
