? What did he say?

in summary points:

1) Moore is nothing special, games at end of season meant nothing so no pressure, big deal....moore sucks

2) Jake is hot stuff, he'd have Jake's babies. Jake for 2010 Starter, Fox made the correct decision never benching Jake until the finger injury.

how many quarterbacks in the NFL could make that throw to Dante Rosario on the last play of the game against San Diego. It was Sept 7 2008 in San Diego, 2 seconds left in the game, we were trailing 24-19. Jake knew he had to make a play and he did. He threw a pass where only Rosario could make the catch. If he threw it a little lower the pass would have been intercepted or defended. Now you tell me how many quarterbacks in the NFL could make that type of throw under pressure.

This proves Jake spreads the ball around. One throw to his own player and three throws to the other team. Got to love a consistent quarterback....

Jake has made some great throws, no argument about that. Anyone who stays the starter for an NFL team for the number of years Jake has will do so, or they get bounced out. The throw Jake made to Proehl when he relieved Peete for his 3rd TD pass that day which was the final winning score, against the Jags, was just as awsome. His pass to Smitty against the Rams in OT that same year, in the playoffs, was just as dramatic and spectacular.

The problem with Jake is that his good passes are not exceeding the bad ones. Same thing happens to most QBs if they hang around long enough. If we're going to base who starts now on what transpired several years ago, let's bring back DeShaun Foster. he had the greatest one yard run I've ever seen against the Iggles in the '03 championship game. That's good enough reasoning, is it not?
