I was watching that last TD pass by Manning and started wondering why you wouldn't intentionally foul the WR on the pass in that situation. Then they would have the ball on the 1 with basically no time left and no timeouts. Seems you could have saved 4 points doing that assuming they'd kick the FG.

they might not have, i assumed they went for it with 7 seconds left bevause they could run a play and kick the fg if things went wrong. I would have at least forced their hand and intentionally fouled every receiver at the line

They're wacko for him, notsomuch for his receivers. Clayton's regressed since 06. Williams and Washington aren't going to be any more than #3 guys. Mason came back after retiring, but who knows what his future is. They'll probably be taking a hard look at Benn/LaFell/Tate.
