As far as tandems go here's how i rank the three.

1. Falcons

2. Panther

3. Giants

Overall Rushing games.

1.Falcons: because we get similar production as the Giants with 2 backs

2. Giants: Jacobs, Bradshaw, and Ward pretty solid

3. Panthers

What are they thinking? Damn homers. really sad...

They are good I will give them that. But, is it just me or is Turner the "Burner" chunkier then LenWhale White? Norwood is a gimmick back not an everydown player. Stewart and Williams can both carry the rock 25 times a game effectively if need be. The same cant be said for the Falcons duo or maybe any other pair in the league

you can throw minnesota into the mix as well, they are all solid I'm not really interesting in arguing about who's better, we have all shone very bright in different times of the season

If it we're any other teams other than those 4 I would have a problem with it but it's fairly even between most of them

I'm already spoiled by ours, yesterday felt a little anemic because we got stuffed and we had something like 230+ yards, we just expect Williams to turn a busted play into 10 yards and stewart to break 5 tackles, it's amazing that all this has happend in a year

See what happens when you try to show a team some respect early on in the season because you realize that lost alot. They just stab you in the back, this just goes to show you falcon fans will never change. I hope we see them in the playoffs and run all over them because reading all that bull really made me mad. That was some huge homer going on, on that chat board.

The numbers for both teams are nearly identical it just depends on what kind of running back you like. You want slashing backs that can catch, run, cut, spin, then take it to the house? Take Carolina. If you want a bowling ball that drags all pro linebackers 5-10 yards down the field followed by a guy who can outrun just about all of them once they've been bulldozed take Atlanta.

The real story is the O-line though without them all those dudes are dead in the water.

    • With all the money invested in the offensive line, we really need to hit on some Round 1-3 picks.  We could really use a star receiver or pass rusher on a rookie contract for a few years.
    • I understand everyone being happy but let's try not to turn it into another schoolgirl crush festival. No offense. It isn't slower WRs that cause wild overthrows. They have all kinds of practice. It is his mechanics keeping things under control that allows a more efficient conversion of energy, let's call it, into the throw, that we are seeing.  He was doing it with horrible mechanics and needing to put 100% effort to get the ball that far. That totally fugs your accuracy. There is video of Mahomes and Carr on this site that I have linked with them throwing under control vs all out trying to get the most velocity on a radar gun. It shows exactly what I am saying. I didn't make it up. I have been telling y'all for a year at least. It really is all about the margins with Young and he has to be very attentive to his technique to get the most from what he has. He is doing that now and this is the new 'what he can do'. And this is it, there ain't no more. You decide if that's enough for you I guess. But you are noticing better ball flight and zip I am pretty sure, it comes from there. Again go look at the Buffalo drive in preseason and you will see that same thing you see lately. To do that stuff you have to be willing to stand tall come what may, sometimes. Hopefully you have protection to step up safely but the difference making happens when you stand in there and finish just ahead of a hit.  ..... And btw, the straw that broke the camel's back when Tepper fired Reich, was because he couldn't fix it in a week. One of the last issues that I remember was about Young's footwork. You know, I guess it is normal that 10 weeks into the season someone just realized, or finally accepted, that Young had major fundamentals issues. It took them a lot longer to realize it isn't an overnight fix. And my issues with Young were specifically over this stuff. Major rehab job, you don't pay what we paid for that. Hopefully he is 'fixed' and it 'took' and he doesn't go back into his little safe space of the old mechanics like he did week 1. If he hangs with the new, this is what you are working wth now. We just saw his ceiling.
    • i'm not nearly 100%, but i'm trending that way. He's definitely got me around 75%.
