I'm not sure I see it on the defensive side as much because I had thought previously that we were better suited to a 3-4 than a 4-3 personnel wise.

But with the injuries on the defensive side and the issues we've seen with the run defense, It might be worth reexamining.

Which is the opposite of what a good coach/staff would do.  You evolve your schemes based on the players you have and cater it around their best attributes.

That's not just what a good staff does. It's what Reich said he wants to do.

I mean Reich is calling the plays and it looks very similar to the plays he was running in Indianapolis that their fans grew tired of.  He might be more stubborn that we realize.  With Brown and Evero (two HC candidates) on his staff he better figure it out quick or I could see one of them taking over.
