They still need to work on people letting go of the hornets

Yea what's up with the article comparing bobcats to panthers? They are a different sport played in a different time period of the year... they need to state reasons why we should be Bobcat fans instead of Hornet fans...oh wait there are none because hornets>bobcats.

Hornet fan 4 life. srry.

If you aren't living in NC, I can understand that, but one of the main reasons I latched onto any sports team was because of where it is located - here - where I live. I value my state over the teams. Thus, the Hornets mean nothing to me.

The Bobcats are the only North Carolina sports franchise that has given me any optimism for this year (though the Canes are starting to play better). If you are a sports fan from North Carolina, then you really have to give this team a look. They play bruising defense and non ego centric offense. They might live and die by a few players but I have never been more excited about basketball since the last few years the Hornets were here.

It is hard to contend immediately in the NBA without throwing a ton of money at superstars (Celtics) but Larry Brown has found a way with this team. He won't be in Charlotte for long so they need to be appreciated while they last.
