Usually when someone claims an analogy is dumb, it's followed with an argument for why that analogy doesn't fit. The fact that you make no argument makes it seem as though you're deflecting, rather than addressing what I said.

How is your fear that showering with a gay man will lead to him coming on to you, or worse, any different than a white man's fear fifty years ago that a black man would rape a white woman if he were allowed near her, because he just couldn't control himself? Both assume that A: Party A would be attracted to Party B under normal circumstances. And B: Party A will be unable to control this attraction, resulting in bad/unwanted things happening to Party B.
