I think the chances of Peppers staying might be a little higher than 40% perhaps 60%. But I think his three guesses are right on target.

agreed - unless we can find a team silly enough to trade a 3rd round or higher pick for him I want him to stay. Jake knows the system and would be a decent backup (if he trains his ass of this offseason). He is still a better signal caller and leader than Moore and I would keep him around for those reasons alone since we have to pay the fool anyway. His preseason play will decide for me what we will do with him in the future.

Who do you guys think would be a better backup next year: Delhomme or McCown?
