Like it or not.Conans brand of humor does not appeal to a big audiences.I like Conan way more than jay but Conans needs better guest thats about the only thing you can do.

Leno has more of an everyman comedy style, and Conan's is more cooky...that sucks for Conan, I thought he was doing an alright job.

There was a dude who was on late night TV for decades that had off the wall, cooky humor. He did alright til he retired, after they gave him a bit to get his feet under him. Can't remember his name, though.
