he didnt because he was the highest paid qb in the nfl era at the time. lets be honest here vick didnt do this for cash he had boat loads of it. he did this to help out friends back home. he didnt collect the cash so his friends could make some this wasnt about him at all,wasnt benifiting him,who here wouldnt do something(not dog fighting)to help their friends if u were rich.its about being true to the friends u grew up with,in vick case this was a mistake. he gave them the means to make lots of cash even funded it with nothing for hisself and got nailed to the cross for it. the friends he looked out for ratted him out when the sh!t hit the fan.

Not to mention the low character guys he's had thru out his franchises 15 years. I dont recall any Bobcats being on trial for murder or beating their wives. No Chris Terrys, Karl Hanktons, or Carruths in the Bobcats franchise history. Its clear Bob values character alot more than Richardson.

its hard for most white people(not to me racist all love) to understand this. because u come from a diffrent background. this world seems abstract to u. but think about this with logic...its a far greater chance vick did this to help friends than him doing it just cause he likes killing dogs lol. he could kill dogs in his own private home if that was the case. whats the point of charging people if u just get high off killing dogs. u d let people watch for free. most of his friends prob. had records or didnt have a 9 to 5 so this was his method of giving them a means to make so cash. he wouldnt just give them cash,give a man a fish he eats for once. teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.

He could have chosen a more honorable, moral way to "teach a man to fish" than dog-fighting ... and he could have chosen a better class of "friends." Your rationalizations are ridiculous.
