Let's just hope for the best. If Matt Moore starts next season, I like our chances...even if Fox is the coach. Hopefully he's seen the light and will give Matt a fair shake at the starting position next season.

I personally, don't have any problem with Fox coming back. I think he's a half decent coach. But I just want the QB issue addressed and not let blind loyalty get in the way.

The local media guys have long suspected Glazer was in bed with Fox. LOL

But what if Fox takes us back to the championship game or the Superbowl next year with Matt Moore. Would you still want Fox gone or would you want Jerry to give him a contract extension. Maybe not a long extension, possibly 2 years? Would you be o.k with that.

If Fox takes us to the NFC championship or Super Bowl next season.. Fox will be demanding a 5 year deal, $7million a year.. and he will get it. No coach in their right mind would accept a 2 year deal after that kind of season.. it just doesn't happen.

fox is the reason we didnot make the playoffs this year. he kept starting jake even after everyone on the planet knew jake should have been benched around week 3 of the season. i do not understand why any panthers fans really want fox back as our head coach...we only finished out the season decent because fox was forced to play matt moore at QB. if jake had not broke his finger he likely would have played out the rest of the season as the starter and we probably would have finished around 5-11. once again john fox is the reason were not in the playoffs this season...why on earth would anyone want him back?
