Pens beat Boston 6-5 in a wild game tonight. Pens had a 5-2 lead before Boston came back to tie it 5-5. Pucks finding their way in on deflections and bounces. Nedeljkovic in net for the Pens and Swayman for Boston. Our old friend Ned having a good season with the Pens, 2.42 GAA and .924 SV% before tonight’s game.

Just noticed badard is -20 so far. And the 8th worst +/- skater in the league.

Holy poo, I am not envious of the devils. 11/18 starters have at least nagging injuries, with a majority of them having major injury.

Apparently Chicago is even worse off.

Toronto extended Nylander 8x11.5M.

Unless they make other moves they will be spending over 50% of their cap next year on just 4 players. With another 7.5M going to Morgan Reilly and no goalies above a rookie signed. 
 

So basically 5 players taking up 54 out 87 million. And I thought we were going to have to do some crazy cap gymnastics this offseason. Crazy.

Bet the NHL is quite upset their golden boy is going to miss the all star game. 
 

Not that he had really any place being there this year, he’s 65th in points, 51st in goals, 101st in assist and 809th out of 814 in +/-.
