maybe a few years ago, he's basically a game manager now. He used to be in the same category as Manning, Brees, Brady, etc. Guys who can dominate games...now all he is capable of is being 'ok' with the ability to sh*t the bed. Romo is an elite QB who can dominate a secondary.

May be correct on McNabb, but Romo is not a elite QB. He hasn't proved it yet. What top defenses, particularly passes defense has he faced for you to say that

I could see us drafting one and actually hope that we do if we can get a versatile WR in here as well with our first pick. But there is no way we are tying up more money in QBs this offseason.

Not anymore though. McNabb isn't that great like he use to be. Plus, he always choke in the Playoffs a lot. I rather keep Moore than McNabb. Moore got plenty of time to get better with being in his 20ish, where McNabb is showing sign of declining.
