Thank God... We will have a 12-4 season in 10'. and Fox will get extended 5 years.. similar to Shanahan's deal.. are you guys ready for that?

exactly what is going to happen, assume we get avg QB play next season and not Jake.

Then the following year its a losing schedule, then win again, then lose and so on.

Yea, hypothetically if we get 11-12 wins and there is not lockout.. Fox has a 99% chance of getting extended.. winning cures all ill's. The only coach that I can think of that got fired after a 12 win season was Marty Schottenheimer..

I don't think Richardson will say.. oh, you got 12 wins this year but next year you are due a losing season, so I will not extend your contract..

So now it's down to either Buffalo or maybe even Dallas......Wouldn't it be sweet for the Cowboys to get killed in the first round, Jones get's pissed and fires Wade Phillips, and then buys out Fox's contract.

Where are all the people who say Fox is so well respected throughout the league and he wouldn't be unemployed for long? Now he is available.....and nobody seems too interested in trying to get him.

Except for the fact that he's not available. He has one year left on his contract. Get over it. Fox isnt going anywhere.

I'll get over it when all of the options are off the table.....Don't give me crap about him being under contract. If a team really wanted him - JR would let a buyout happen with no problem.

Thank you for all your beautiful insight into the mind of other people all-knowing one!

AKA: how do you know what he would and would not do?

It works both ways. You think Fox would really want to coach the Bills or put up with Jones in Dallas?

I
