Agent: Peppers waiting for Panthers' move

Being predictable is one thing...being able to stop him is another.

If he was able to Bull Rush he would be a complete DE. As of right now he is not and thats what hurts him.

you think they'd like to put Jerry Jones(all those picks for Roy Williams) and Dan Snyder(Haynesworth) in line with Al, and make it a stooges like slap fest?

Yea all of those guys would be in the line. Dan Snyder for sure..... It also makes draft picks that much higher also.

Far from a definitive statement, but my gut feeling is that he'll sign a long term contract now.

(and SLJ will say "I told you so"...a lot)

Who knows with him.........

Never said I hated Jake (yes, I realize this is addressed to more than just me).

However, I do find it interesting how Peppers' attitude improved around the same time as Moore came in. I never said they were surely coorelated, only that I felt like they were.

I saw that too. I never saw Julius so pumped up until the camera caught him running up to Matt Moore after a sweet TD pass. I haven't seen that passion from him since...whenever. It's a good thing. Pep played with more fire and so did the D the stats and scores showed it.

Why is that surprising. Winning does that for everyone. Pretty easy to figure out.

Wrong... His attitude changed in like week 5 when there was a JOHN BEASON calling him out, and Pep REALIZED he had to get his head out of his ass..

Then he broke his hand... weeks went bye, and by time Moore came in Pep was back on track ready to beast it up..

Moore is just coincidence...

The man doesn't want to leave, it get's no better than that.

Hopefully both side can work out a Cap-Friendly but equally satisfying long term deal.

But this add's to the strain of resigning D-Lo and Davis.. Which mmakes this cat very sad :(

Sounds like he is trying to get the Panthers locked into a position. he stated he wont make a decision until the Panthers say publicly what they plan to do with him (Tag or contract). If he would comeback for a 5 year $12 mil per year contract I would be fine with that if not I say just let him test the FA market and comeback to us and see if we will match it.

You can see Peppers jogging along with Stewart with his hand in the air in this video: http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/09000d5d81571ad3/Stewart-TD-rush

Yes, Pep's enthusiasm with his O teammates the past few games has been great to see. Does anyway have a video clip of Peppers after his interception last week? Looked like he was playing to the fans to celebrate.

Also, on the above video....did you notice who made a key block that cleared the way for JStew? It was Moose.

But I have also heard that he doesn't like Delhomme. And that with Moore at QB he was definitely more motivated and having more fun out there.

Yeah I didn't notice that during the game but that is similar to stuff I have seen him been doing, especially the latter half of the season. He has been out on the field congratulating teammates more often than usual. I was telling myself throughout the season that this doesn't look like a guy who wants to leave.

I think he is staying low until the Panthers definitely say they want him and make him an offer. If he said he was open to a deal and wanted to be here, it would be more embarrassing if we don't make that offer than even last year when he wanted to leave and no one was willing to make an offer. At least then he had the tag.
